Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Our Kitchen & Bath Remodeling service is designed to transform two of the most hardworking spaces in your home into rooms that are as functional as they are beautiful.

From space planning and cabinetry to fixtures, finishes, lighting, and material selections, we thoughtfully consider how every element works together. We collaborate with your contractor and other professionals throughout the process, helping guide design decisions and keep the overall vision clear and cohesive.

The result is a kitchen or bath that feels beautifully considered, highly functional, and tailored to the way you live.

Best for: Homeowners planning a kitchen or bath renovation who want experienced design guidance and a cohesive vision from concept through completion.

    • Initial in-home consultation and project intake

    • Full site measure and existing condition (as-built) drawings

    • Design concept development with mood boards to establish style and direction

    • Scaled floor plans, cabinetry elevations, and detailed drawings

    • 3D color renderings and walkthrough video to visualize the space and design intent

    • Optional hand-drawn color renderings as an alternate presentation tool

    • Space planning and layout optimization for function and flow

    • Fixture and finish selections (plumbing, tile, countertops, lighting, hardware)

    • Product sourcing and FF&E schedules for streamlined purchasing

    • Purchasing and procurement of designer-specified products, as applicable

    • Coordination with client-hired contractor and trades throughout construction

    • On-site visits at key milestones to ensure design execution

    • Final styling and finishing touches if furnishings or accessories are included

    • General contractor is hired directly by the client; we can provide referrals and collaborate throughout the project.

    • Travel beyond 50 miles (billed separately)

    • Trade pricing and designer discounts are handled on a project-by-project basis and outlined in the design agreement.

    • Design timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. As a general guideline, each design phase typically takes approximately 8 weeks. Larger or more extensive remodels may require additional time.

    • Construction timelines are determined by the project scope, permitting requirements, product lead times, and the contractor’s schedule. We coordinate closely with your contractor throughout the process to help keep the project moving forward.

  • Project proposals are tailored to the scope and complexity of each project, with a minimum design fee of $15,000.

FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

This is our most comprehensive service, ideal for whole-home renovations, new builds, and large furnishing projects. From initial concept and space planning through sourcing, procurement, contractor collaboration, and final styling, we guide each phase of the design process with care and intention.

Our role is to bring the many details and decisions together into one cohesive vision — helping you move through the process with greater clarity and confidence while creating a home that feels distinctly yours.

Best for: Homeowners looking for comprehensive design support, experienced guidance, and a beautifully finished home.

    • Initial in-home consultation and project intake

    • Preliminary project feasibility, scope, and budget alignment in collaboration with the client and contractor, as applicable

    • Site measurements and existing-condition drawings

    • Design concept development and mood boards to establish style and direction

    • Space planning and layout development for function and flow

    • Scaled floor plans, cabinetry elevations, and detailed design drawings, as applicable

    • Coordination of permit drawings with our trusted drafting team

    • 3D color renderings and walkthrough videos to help visualize the design
